Youth at Regent

Regent is a church that has a great passion for the young people in our community. It’s our vision for the church to be a place for young people to get to know God and to grow as Christians. We have a broad range of regular events for all ages.

Frenzy Xtra 

Our fortnightly club for school years 7 -11(ages 11-16) and is just a place to come to relax, spend time with friends, enjoy crafts & games and hear some good news from the Bible.

Frenzy Xtra known as ‘FX’ is Regent’s youth group, which is open to anyone in school years 7 to 11.

It is a drop-in evening of games, music, craft, chilling and looking at some of life’s big issues.

FX roughly happens every two weeks on a Friday night, between 7.30 and 9.30 PM, and everyone is welcome to drop in. All ‘FX’ volunteers are DBS checked.

Regent is currently undergoing building work from 8th January 2024 to May 2024. FX will temporarily be held at Edgefield Gospel Hall, Edgefield Avenue, Fawdon, NE3 3AA

Space 

Space is Regent’s Youth Bible Study for years 7-13 (ages 11-18). It takes place every Sunday (during term time) between 6.00 - 8.00 PM. At Space we have a mature blend of games and Bible study, learning about God in a fun and fulfilling way.

This will still be held at Regent Chapel during the building work.
